The fulfilling of your calling begins to happen when you first see yourself as a child of The Father.  Your identity is that of a born-again child of The Most High God.  Until you grasp this and own it, God will be limited by your free will choices that may or may not coincide with His desires for you.

God's plan for your life will exceed your understanding, your bank account, your courage, your talents, and your power.  In fact, you will likely be terrified of some of what He will eventually begin to ask of you.  That's understandable, do it anyway.  Your obedience, as His child, will produce His good fruit.  In fact, if the world can explain away the good works by way of your natural talents, then where is the glory to God in that? God can and will accomplish great things through you, but you have to trust Him as the Good Father He truly is.  Freely walk into His purposes and experience His blessings. We can help you to embrace that.

Believe it or not, not everyone see's life exactly as you do.  You might be right, but you present your truth in a manner that falls flat and fosters frustration.  How you focus your attention, the type of information you are willing to consider, the manner in which you consider that info, and finally the way you approach deciding on how to apply that info is uniquely yours and yours alone.

You might share the same attributes with others, and you likely call these people friends, since you get to choose who you call a friend.  Those that you do not consider to be a friend will often think and perceive life differently than you do.  Here's the thing, they might be right, they might have a better solution, they might see things that you have overlooked, and they might be exactly what you need to accomplish your good works.  We can help you to appreciate, seek out, and benefit from their diverse way of thinking.

Your calling is for you and God to walk out together.  You begin to accomplish this by obediently following Him as He leads you to your good works.  It requires faith, but as it says in Hebrews, that is the only way to please God.

Everyone of God's children has a unique calling, gifting, design, and purpose.  You are as unique as your fingerprint and your DNA.  Here's the thing, though you might see similarities in others, if you try to copy their path in life you will eventually wind up lost and frustrated. Choose to seek God for His leading, power, and authority for Him to accomplish His will through your obedience.  That produces joy and fulfillment in your life.  If you ask me, that's a great exchange.  We can help you to discover that.

Like we said above, regarding your mind and perceptions, your design is completely unique.  That is only one part of your design.  We currently employ eight different assessments that begin to uncover your God-given design.  They are;

1. Motivated Role - What motivates you to get involved and to stay involved.
2. Impact Style - What is your way of positively impacting this world for God.
3. Temperaments - The unique way your mind works.
4. Interests - Your God-given interests in this world.
5. Abilities - Your God-given abilities to be used in this world.
6. Values - Your God-given values that drive you forward in this world.
7. Spiritual Gifts - You God-given Spiritual Gifts to be employed through you in this world.
8. 5-Fold Ministry Focus - Your particular calling in where God wants you to minister.

All of these assessments measure specific areas of your design that are holistically assembled during your Design Discovery Meeting (DDM).  The composite reveals your Divine Nature Acquired (DNA) from God.  We can help you to understand that.

With every good thing that God has given you, the enemy has employed tactics that exploit, manipulate, pervert, and contaminate them.  Here are a few that might resonate.

1. You are accused of being uncaring, lacking any sympathy, or a control freak.
2. You are accused of being too emotional, unpractical, or unreliable.
3. You are slow to make decisions, you are way too quick in making decisions, you insist that your decision needs to be addressed immediately, or you are accused of manipulating things to get your way.
4. You have standards that most people cannot live up to and that is causing real problems in your relationships.
5. You think you are always right, but for some reason, others are repelled or frequently upset with you.

If any of the above limited list of scenarios ring true in your life, then you are experiencing design conflicts.  We can help you to develop grace and deal with that.
