The BrushFires Leadership Design Training helps you to see the heart of God's children.  This training goes into the analysis of God's design in both the spiritual and the human psychometric aspects.  This training will allow you to see the heart of your members, as He sees them.  It will enable you to deal with personality conflicts, marital conflicts, and issues contributing to disunity.  Here are just a few areas that we can help in.
